Wack 100 is offering his take after Pooh Shiesty and the rapper’s father, Lontrell Williams Sr., were arrested in a high-profile case involving Gucci Mane.
Speaking with VladTV, Wack 100 said he believes that Williams Sr. could snitch on his celebrity son to avoid a lengthy prison sentence.
“He turns 50 this year,” Wack said. “So, you know, 20 or 30 to him is a death sentence.” Wack added, “I wouldn’t be surprised.”
Authorities say Pooh Shiesty and multiple alleged co-conspirators took part in a January incident at a Dallas recording studio. Prosecutors claim Gucci Mane was targeted during an effort to secure Shiesty’s release from his 1017 Records deal. Williams Sr. was arrested alongside his son.
Wack also referenced statements he says Williams Sr. made after being taken into custody.
“He got in the back of the squad car and started telling the feds,” Wack claimed.
Court filings reportedly show Williams Sr. is seeking bond, arguing the government cannot present clear and convincing evidence that he should remain jailed while the case proceeds. Pooh Shiesty is still awaiting a trial date, with another hearing expected in May.
