Sean “Diddy” Combs has been placed on su*cide watch after his bail was denied for a second time, and he will now have to remain behind bars until his trial.
Diddy was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution and was denied a $50 million bond despite offering his passports, the passports of his children, and his luxury assets as collateral.
The rapper was remanded to Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, which has been described as “hell on earth” due to its poor conditions.
Sources say placing the disgraced star on su*cide watch is just a “preventative measure.”
Diddy’s attorney has already slammed the condition of the building.
“The food is inedible, from what I’ve been told,” Combs attorney Marc Agnifilo told reporters. “It’s way too hot in summer; sometimes there’s no heat at all. In the winter, the toilet water has been known to freeze. It’s violent. Someone like Mr. Combs might be a target for certain things. We can’t let that happen.”
