Rich Homie Quan WILL Testify At Young Thug’s YSL RICO Trial

Rich Homie Quan will Young Thug‘s YSL RICO trial after being subpoenaed by prosecutors.

The social media account ThuggerDaily shared photos of a subpeona issued to Quan, named Dequantes Lamar.

“Rich Homie Quan has officially been subpoenaed by the State in the Young Thug case,” the post read. The post displayed a subpoena signed by Fulton County Lieutenant Investigator Justin French. 

“He is expected to take the stand in the upcoming few weeks. Just to be clear – this does NOT mean he cooperated or will cooperate.”

Young Thug, real name Jeffery Williams, was indicted on May 9, 2022 in a huge RICO case involving himself and five other defendants. The rapper is facing eight criminal counts under a federal law that was originally enacted to fight organized crime. He is also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of codeine with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine; possession of a firearm; and possession of a machine gun.
