Terry Rozier accuses Miami Heat guard Davion Mitchell of stealing his style after taking over his former jersey number, adding another wrinkle to his messy departure from the team.
The former Heat player called out Mitchell on social media following Miami’s opening-night loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
“Son son got my whole swag on the court lmao thought the # was enough,” Rozier wrote, suggesting Mitchell had copied more than his jersey number.
Rozier then followed up with another message, insisting his comments weren’t about Miami’s organization.

“Idk why yall dissing me [laughing emojis] im glad bra acknowledge the swag ..that’s been since 2015 this Is not about heat culture,” he wrote.
The exchange comes months after the Heat waived Rozier in April 2026 following his arrest in connection with a federal sports betting investigation. Prosecutors allege Rozier shared information that helped bettors profit from wagers on his performance in a 2023 game against the Charlotte Hornets.
Rozier has denied wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty.
