Kourtney Kardashian reveals that Kanye West once intervened in her dating life, saying he believed God wanted her to avoid casual hookups until she met her future husband.
The surprising confession came during a recent episode of The Kardashians, when the mother of four shared advice from her former brother-in-law.
“I feel like God is calling me to tell you that you should not hook up with any randoms until you are with your husband,” Kardashian recalled Ye telling her.
“And I didn’t,” she confirmed.
Kardashian, 47, brought up the conversation while encouraging her stepson Landon Barker, 23, to consider waiting until marriage before having sex.
“That’s my advice. Don’t waste your energy,” she told him.
However, she acknowledged that she and her husband, Travis Barker, didn’t follow that same approach before tying the knot.
Kardashian married the Blink-182 drummer in May 2022, after they got engaged in October 2021. Their marriage followed her longtime relationship with Scott Disick, with whom she shares Mason, Penelope and Reign.
In November 2023, Kardashian and Barker welcomed their first child together, son Rocky.
