Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., is facing a new wave of scrutiny after a prosecutor revealed in court that investigators previously found videos on his cellphone allegedly involving a family member under 12.
Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy made the claim during a Friday bond hearing in Fulton County Superior Court. She said investigators discovered “multiple encounters” on the device and alleged KJ used “predatory, derogatory” language toward the other child.
KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, strongly disputed the claims.

“Characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case,” Sheffield said.
He added that it involved “inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers” and said it did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse or a comparable offense.
The disclosure came as KJ sought bond in a separate criminal case. He currently faces seven felony charges, including aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, stemming from an alleged April incident involving a 15-year-old female classmate.
Sheffield has said KJ is expected to plead not guilty to all charges.
KJ’s parents and older sister Brielle Biermann attended Friday’s hearing. His family has continued to deny the allegations.
