No, Karrahbooo and Lil Yachty are not secretly dating, and Karrahbooo wants fans to stop trying to make it happen.
The rapper addressed the speculation head-on Sunday after social media users began dissecting clips from her recent sit-down with Yachty and reading romance into their complicated history.
“I hate being sexualized and shipped!!!” Karrahbooo wrote on X. “Stop putting bodies on me freaky a– losers.”
She also questioned why a close friendship between a man and a woman has to be treated like something sexual.

The rumors resurfaced after Karrahbooo and Yachty revisited their 2024 falling out on the A Safe Place podcast.
During the conversation, Yachty admitted he had not been truthful when he previously claimed he wrote all of Karrahbooo’s music. He said he made the accusation because he was “intentionally” trying to hurt her.
Karrahbooo continued to reject that claim, saying Yachty was not responsible for songs including “Running Late.”
The pair argued during part of the convo, then returned the next day and apologized to each other.
Karrahbooo later explained that viewers who only saw the most explosive clips missed the ending.
“It didn’t end early,” she wrote. “Watch the full thing because we ended up working it out in the end. #friendship.” She has denied romantic speculation before, writing, “Y’all ain’t never got it right wit me not once.”

The pair recently clashed during a podcast episode, over their long-running issue over songwriting credits. Fans are calling for Yachty to free her from her contract.
