Sean “Diddy” Combs has submitted a notice of appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals after a judge rejected his request to be released from jail a $50 million bond.
Combs is being held on several charges, on sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges but a judge believes the disgraced mogul could be a flight risk and that members of the community could be at risk if he is released.
Diddy has applied for bond twice and has been rejected both times.
Since being behind bars, Diddy was placed in suicide watch for his protection, as it was reported that he was in shock following his arrest… according to the Department of Justice, it is a “supervisory precaution taken for suicidal inmates that require frequent observation,” His attorney now says that his client is “strong” and will not be accepting any plea deals because he is innocent.
The rapper’s next court date will be early this month.
