Dame Dash is again speaking out about Cam’ron, and the insults are getting more personal.
The music executive appeared on The Jason Lee Show, where he accused the rapper and It Is What It Is cohost of betraying him. Dash, who once worked closely with Cam’ron through Roc-a-Fella Records, called him “not loyal” and referred to him as Fredo, the disloyal brother from The Godfather.
“But you know, Fredo, I don’t like the fact that he has cheap teeth, and they’re so big. Pause,” Dash said. “And I hate his suits. He dresses like old-school Steve Harvey.”
The former friends have been going back and forth, even leading to Cam’ron dropping a diss track last September, where he called Dash a “snaggletooth” and “softer than a pillow.”
In April, Dash clapped back on Ghetto Runways and challenged Cam’ron to go “dentist for dentist.”
Dash also criticized Cam’ron’s current media career, saying he did not expect the Harlem rapper to become what he called a “gossip guy.”
“He’s my biggest one of my biggest disappointments,” Dash said, adding that seeing Cam’ron doing wrestling content and commenting on athletes was “just not what I saw for Cam.”
