Britney Spears hopped on Instagram to post a tribute to her younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears.
Britney put Jamie on blast several times this year after Jamie published a book, capitalizing off her conservatorship drama.
“It’s my b-day but you’re my heart so I’m thinking about you … congratulations on being so brave, inspiring, and showing guts and glory in your show 🎉 !!! You ain’t alone … if anybody knows what that feels like … I get it 🤧🤧🤧 My baby sister !!! I love you !!!” Britney captioned a post of Jamie playing the guitar.
Brit’s fans were confused.
“LMAO. now I KNOW for a fact this ain’t Britney posting. Whoever is controlling this account is doing a really bad job lol,” one follower wrote.
“I rushed to the comments to make sure I wasn’t alone in my confusion… 🤯🤔😒” wrote another.
Another fan added, “so are we pulling out the #freebritney banners again or….”
Shortly after, Britney posted another semi-nude.
