50 Cent has secured a temporary restraining order against Rick Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, after accusing her of targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire, on social media.
A Florida judge granted the rapper’s request on Monday, Oct. 26, ordering Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from the teenager, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The order also bars Kemp from contacting Sire in any way, including through social media or third parties. The order requires her to surrender any firearms or ammunition in her possession to law enforcement.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, claimed Kemp called his son “slow” and suggested he was on the autism spectrum.
The rapper also accused Kemp of sharing a photograph of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman believed to be his mother, Daphne Joy. According to the filing, 50 said Kemp’s behavior left his son feeling humiliated and embarrassed and caused him emotional distress.
He also alleged that his attorneys previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter, which she reportedly shared online with the response, “F u and ya lawyers.”
The injunction is scheduled to expire Nov. 3, when both parties are expected to appear before a judge to determine whether the restrictions should remain in place.
