Yung Filly allegedly bit, slapped and raped a 20-year-old fan in a Perth hotel room after she withdrew consent during sex, prosecutors told an Australian court.
The British YouTuber and musician, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexual penetration without consent, one charge of impeding breathing and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
During opening statements Monday, prosecutor Danielle Clarke said the woman met Filly after his September 2024 performance at a bar in Western Australia.
“What should have been an exciting night out meeting her celebrity crush Yung Filly was fun until it wasn’t,” Clarke told the District Court of Western Australia.
The pair initially had consensual sex inside his room at Perth’s Intercontinental Hotel, the prosecutor said. Yung Filly then allegedly began biting the woman’s neck and breast.
When she said “ouch” and asked him to be gentle, he allegedly told her to stop talking, bit her harder and slapped her. Prosecutors said the woman became afraid and withdrew consent but felt unable to leave.
“She didn’t know how to get herself out of the situation and decided to do what the accused wanted,” Clarke said.
The woman allegedly suffered bruising to her face and neck, as well as bite wounds on her breast.
Prosecutors also alleged Filly grabbed her breasts as she left and made a comment about her body to a member of his entourage.
The media personality denies all charges.
