Jesse Solomon has been accused by fans of knowing all about the Summer House scandal before it broke, but the aspiring singer says he was just as surprised as everyone else by West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s relationship.
The Summer House star addressed the couple’s romance during an interview with ABC News Live after rumors circulated that he had been telling people about the relationship before it became public.
Earlier this month, The Valley star Zack Wickham claimed on SiriusXM that Jesse had shared details about West and Amanda while speaking to fans but Jesse said he did not expect the relationship to happen.
“I never could have seen it coming,” he said. “And I really just want all my friends to find peace and happiness.”
The relationship has sparked backlash from fans because Batula was close friends with Ciara Miller, who previously dated Wilson. Jesse said he is looking forward to discussing everything when the cast reunites.

“I’m excited to film this reunion, and I’m hoping there will be some resolution at the end of it,” he said. When asked whether he still keeps in touch with Ciara, Jesse said the two remain in contact but declined to go into detail.
“We keep in touch, but I’ll let her speak for herself,” he said.
Jesse also teased that viewers will learn more once the reunion airs.
“The reunion is when we just talk about what happened all summer long,” he said. “Andy just asks us the tea, and we spill.”
