Mauricio Umansky Says He Has Not Spoken To The Hilton’s Since Paris’ Remarks

Mauricio Umansky says he has not spoken to Paris Hilton or her parents since Paris ripped him for speaking on his rift with the family on his show Buying Beverly Hills.

“Quite honestly, I have not spoken to them ever since, in the last two days since Paris made that comment. I don’t have any hard feelings, and I certainly don’t feel like I said anything where they should have hard feelings. Hopefully, it’ll just blow over,” he told TMZ.

Mauricio is in the middle of a divorce from Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton’s sister. He has spoken more about the family dynamics in the upcoming season of the show which premieres on Netflix on Friday, March 22.

“I’m sad that they’re angry. At the end of the day, I don’t feel like I said anything bad. I just told what happened and the story,” he continued. “At the end of the day, it was two businessmen making two business decisions. Rick made his business decision and I made my business decision, and all I was doing was moving forward and trying to do the best for my family and take care of them and be as successful as possible, and I made a decision and that decision came with risk. It could’ve failed and it could’ve been successful, and so everybody makes decisions in life and then you live with them. I just don’t think it’s that bad. So I’m sorry that they’re hurt, but I hope that goes away soon because family is family, and we should be good.”
