L.A. Prosecutors Reviewing New Case Involving Diddy!

A new file has landed on the desk of Los Angeles prosecutors as Sean “Diddy” Combs remains behind bars in New Jersey.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has been presented with a criminal case involving the disgraced music mogul. On Monday, spokesperson Venusse Dunn confirmed that the matter “is under review.”

TMZ reported that the case is tied to allegations from music publicist Jonathan Hay, who claims Diddy sexually battered him in two incidents that allegedly took place in 2020 and 2021. According to the outlet, Los Angeles Police Department detectives looked into Hay’s claims and later submitted the case to the district attorney’s office, where prosecutors will decide whether criminal charges should be pursued.

The review comes after Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison in his federal sex crimes case. In July, a jury found him guilty of two counts of “transportation to engage in prostitution.” Those charges were connected to former girlfriends, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura Fine and “Jane,” who both testified during his two-month trial.

Diddy was cleared of the case’s more severe counts. The 12-person jury acquitted him of racketeering and two counts of sex trafficking in a split verdict that left both sides with unfinished business in court.

His attorneys are seeking to overturn the conviction.

For now, Diddy remains at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Federal records currently list his scheduled release date as Feb. 23, 2028.
