Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from his wife, Kim Zolciak for the second time this year.
The couple filed to dissolve their 12-year marriage back in May legally but attempted to patch things up in July.
Kroy requested to be awarded “exclusive, temporary and permanent use and possession of the marital residence” in Alpharetta.
“Petitioner (Biermann) shows that Respondent (Zolciak) should be restrained and enjoined from coming about the marital residence after she vacates,” documents read.
Last time around things got messy.
According to Radar Online, on June 16th 9-1-1 was called five times – and police responded to the couple who exchanged a series of allegations against each other – all in front of their four innocent children ages, 12, 11 and 9-year-old twins.
Kim, the former star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, has asked a Georgia judge to evict Kroy Biermann from their mansion where he has remained since the couple officially separated on April 30, 2023.
