Kyle Mowitz wants Kroy Biermann kept away from the two children he shares with estranged wife Jillian Green, alleging she concealed the extent of her contact with Kim Zolciak’s former husband.
Mowitz, who is currently dating Zolciak, claimed in a new court filing that Green had previously described her connection with Biermann as “friends and nothing more.”
He said she also denied expecting a romance or allowing Biermann around their children.
According to reports, Mowitz now alleges he saw Biermann’s vehicle parked outside the family residence while the children were home. He also claims messages produced during the divorce show Green and Biermann spoke more often than she had disclosed.
Mowitz said neighbors reported seeing Biermann at the property on multiple occasions and asked the judge to order Biermann to stay away from the home and avoid contact with the children, citing concerns about alleged past behavior.
Green and Mowitz married in 2017. He filed for divorce in March 2025.
Zolciak later became involved in the case when Green sought to question her about financial support from Mowitz. Green has alleged that he paid Zolciak’s rent, covered legal expenses and funded costly trips and gifts.
Mowitz has also requested access to the home to retrieve weapons, review his wine collection and repair a cellar lock.
Biermann and Green were seen together in Georgia in May, but neither has confirmed a relationship.
