Former Atlanta Housewife Kim Zolciak has filed to have her divorce dismissed as she says she and estranged husband Kroy Biermann have not stopped being intimate.
Kim claimed that she is “repeatedly” sleeping with Kroy according to court documents obtained by TMZ this week.
It was reported that the couple would be reconciling but Kroy squashed those reports earlier this month.
“I spoke with Kroy regarding the ‘reconciliation’ Kim announced over the weekend,” Kroy’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told Us Weekly. “There is no reconciliation, his resolve to see this divorce through to the end has not waivered.”
According to Page Six, Kroy filed court documents requesting a court-appointed guardian for their four minor children … Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 … to investigate his allegations that Kim is abusive to their kids.
Kroy reportedly also claimed in his filing that while he “attempts to shield the children from the negative fall-out” of their divorce, Zolciak continues to direct “abusive, profane, and threat-laden language” at him with “little concern if the children are present.”
Kroy also claims Kim “frequently takes videos of herself” while driving with their children.
