The already messy split between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann has taken a shocking turn after the reality star made some very serious allegations involving their children.
Kim, 48, accused the retired NFL player of neglect and abuse in a recent court filing obtained by TMZ. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum alleged that their children “constantly” contact her while in Kroy’s care because they are hungry or need medicine when they are sick.
The filing also includes an allegation that Kroy threw one of their sons over a couch during a heated argument at his home. Kim claimed a court-appointed guardian did not treat the alleged incident as urgent because the child is large for his age, a response Kim disputed in the documents.
Kim also alleged that Kroy, 40, has been seeing several women over the past few months. According to the filing, one woman has allegedly been around the children and vacationed with them.
The reality star claimed the children “have reported” that Kroy disappears “for hours on end” while they can hear him “engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”
In the filing, Kim alleged that the guardian has been told about claims of emotional and physical abuse, but that “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.’” She also claimed the guardian has favored Kroy during the custody fight.
Kim included an alleged text message from one of Kroy’s friends to her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, that read, “I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I’ve ever witnessed.”
Kim and Kroy share four minor children: Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, from a prior relationship.
