While Kelly has always been the picture of fitness and grace, fans couldn’t help but notice a significant change during her recent appearances, including her headline-making turn at the MOCADA Gala in San Diego. The word on the street? Kelly didn’t just go in for a routine “maintenance” check—she went for an upgrade!

In the world of cosmetic enhancement, it’s common knowledge that breast implants typically need to be replaced or “refreshed” every decade. Kelly famously first went under the knife at age 24 (after waiting years on the advice of Tina Knowles).
Now, in 2026, insiders tell Media Take Out that Kelly decided it was time for a switch-out. But instead of sticking to her classic look, sources say she decided to go a bit bigger.

“I Did It For Me”: Kelly’s History Of Honesty
Unlike some of her peers who like to pretend they just “drank more water,” Kelly has always been refreshingly honest about her journey. She previously admitted that she waited years for her first procedure because she wanted to make sure it was a decision she made for herself, not for the industry.
In her 2020 book Whoa, Baby!, Kelly even joked about how breastfeeding her sons, Titan and Noah, left her original implants looking like “flapjacks.” She teased back then that she was “going to see someone (wink, wink)” once she was done having kids. It looks like 2026 was officially the year for that visit!
