Jennifer Lopez has canceled her ‘This Is Me… Live’ summer tour.
The singer announced the news in her newsletter to fans and said she canceled the tour to spend time with her family.
“Representatives for [tour promoter] Live Nation announced today that the Jennifer Lopez US Summer 2024 Tour ‘THIS IS ME…LIVE’ is canceled, citing … ‘Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,’” she wrote.
“For those who purchased through Ticketmaster, tickets will automatically be refunded – there is nothing further fans need to do. For those who purchased via third-party resale sites such as SeatGeek, StubHub, VividSeats, etc. – please reach out to your point purchase for more details.”
Her new album, This Is Me… Now failed to impress and just sold just 14,000 copies in its debut week. It is also being reported that her upcoming Las Vegas residency is in jeopardy due to lack of sales and interest from the fans.
Lopez said she is “heartsick” and “devastated by the cancellation.
