JaNa Craig says she is ready to involve her lawyers after ex Kenny Rodriguez made claims about their relationship on a podcast.
The Love Island USA star, 29, responded after Rodriguez, 26, spoke about their breakup on The Journey Podcast and alleged that Craig had become physical during an argument.
“Before I call my lawyers, I would like to make a cute little statement,” Craig said on Instagram Stories.
She accused Rodriguez of telling “straight f–king lies” and said he had previously sent her a cease and desist. Craig then suggested their private messages could tell a different story. “I think you should give me permission to drop all the text messages,” she said.

In a follow-up video posted July 21, Craig denied ever assaulting Rodriguez and rejected his description of their relationship.
“There were no daily arguments,” she said. “We were fine. Obviously we argued because we were a couple, but it wasn’t daily.”
Craig also alleged that she threatened to call police during their final encounter. “Before I was gonna call the cops, he piped the f–k down and then I left,” she said.
During the podcast, Rodriguez addressed an alleged racist text Craig found on his phone. He apologized for the message, saying, “It doesn’t represent the person that I am.”
Rodriguez also claimed Kordell Beckham contacted him afterward. Beckham challenged that account on Instagram, writing that Rodriguez had called him and adding, “We haven’t spoken since.”

Craig and Rodriguez announced their split in July 2025 after meeting on Love Island USA.
Months back, Rodriguez appeared on Spanish reality television show, Casa De Los Famosos, where he was repeatedly called out for being racist.
