Hoax Caller Sends Cops to Blueface’s Home With G*ns Drawn!

Blueface was livestreaming when sheriff’s deputies arrived at a Southern California home with guns drawn, responding to a horrifying report that authorities later determined was a hoax.

The rapper, whose legal name is Johnathan Michael Porter, was targeted Tuesday afternoon by a false emergency call alleging he had fatally shot his girlfriend, used drugs and tied up their young daughter inside the Santa Clarita residence.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies reached the home around 2:50 p.m. after receiving a report of an “assault with a deadly weapon,” according to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Because officers had to treat the claims as an active threat, everyone inside was detained at gunpoint while deputies searched the property. Blueface was streaming on Kick as the encounter unfolded.

Authorities said a “thorough investigation” found no victims and no evidence supporting the caller’s claims. Investigators also determined there was no danger to the public, and everyone detained was released.

The sheriff’s department is now working to identify the person responsible for the false report, commonly called a “swatting” incident. No suspect has been publicly named, and no arrests have been announced.
