The autopsy results for Three 6 Mafia’s first lady, Gangsta Boo, were released this week.
Gangsta Boo died back in January and was discovered unresponsive in a Memphis home that afternoon.
The cause of death has been ruled as an accidental overdose. Fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol were also listed as being found in her system.
She was laid to rest shortly after in Southaven, Miss but fellow Three 6 Mafia member DJ Paul had to defend himself from fans who slammed him for not going to her funeral.
“Lemme explain something to y’all bi-ch-ass n-ggas out there who got something to say about me not coming to Boo funeral,” he said at the time.. “N-gga, I paid for the funeral, hoe! I’m on muthaf-ckin’ tour and even if I wasn’t, I don’t do funerals, n-gga.”
“The last time I was at a funeral, it wasn’t nothing but a bunch of groupie-ass muthaf-ckin’ n-ggas up in that muthaf-cka. Boo know how much I loved her, I know how much she loved me, n-gga. I ain’t got nothin’ to prove to none of you punk-ass, groupie-ass n-ggas up in there.”
