FAMU Suspends ENTIRE Football TEAM … After Boston Snitchey Video Is Shot In Locker Room

Media Take Out Staff |

Florida A&M University has officially suspended ALL football operations, after the school learned that a hip hop music video was filmed in the team’s locker room without permission, Media Take Out has learned.

And according to the University, until they get to the bottom of it – they may end up cancelling the entire football season.

Th drama started yesterday, when a new Boston Richey music video leaked – showing the hood rapper inside of FAMU’s locker room, and dancing with members of the team and coaching staff.

Here’s the video:

Florida A&M head coach Willie Simmons suspended all football activities effective this evening after a music video by Real Boston Richey went up today using the team’s locker room and gear without authorization and with “graphic language that is not consistent with [FAMU]’s core values, principles and beliefs”

The coach continued, “An internal investigation is underway to determine who authorized the use of not only the athletic facility at Galimore-Powell, but also licensed apparel that potentially violates university branding and licensing agreements. Although I am a proud proponent of free speech and support all forms of musical expressions, this football team (as ambassadors of Florida A&M University) has a responsibility to protect the University’s image.”

Then he dropped the hammer. “As head football coach I am effectively suspending all football related activities until further notice. It is a privilege to wear the Orange and Green and as a football program our young men have failed to live up to the standard set before us.”

It’s not clear when – or whether – the coach plans on resuming activities.
