DC Youngfly’s Wife DIED Alone In Hotel Room … Doctor Who Performed Surgery Faced COMPLAINTS

Tiffany Brockworth |

New details surrounding the final moments of DC Youngfly’s wife Jackie Oh’s life is being released, Media Take Out has learned.

According to a new report, Jackie Oh was released from the hospital, after undergoing a pretty extensive mommy makeover. She was recovering by herself in a hotel room, when police were called and told she was “unresponsive.”

It’s not clear why she was released from the hospital so early.

And there’s more also. Media Take Out confirms that the plastic surgeon, who reportedly performed surgery on Wild ‘N Out star Jacky Oh before her sudden death, had a history of complaints from patients, with one alleging she was left “mutilated.”

While her cause of death has not yet been released, multiple media outlets reported she visited Miami-based plastic surgeon, Dr. Zachary Okhah, for a “mommy makeover” right before she died.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Oh — whose real name was Jacklyn Smith — shared a picture of herself wearing a medical gown as she stood next to Okhah, who was dressed in scrubs.

Instagram account @surgeonmade_curves and Hollywood Unlocked both captured the post before it was removed. It included the caption, “Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!”

Following Oh’s death, new details emerged about Okhah.

The physician, who is known as a liposuction and “BBL specialist,” reportedly filed lawsuits against some of his former patients over negative reviews they posted online about his work, Page Six reported.

In July 2021, Okhah sued patient Leila Penn for more than $30,000 after she left a RealSelf review alleging she had been left “mutilated” after visiting the surgeon, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

Okhah countered by saying Penn’s claims were false. The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit in December 2021.

The doctor filed another lawsuit against a patient named Kyla Neirenburg in August 2021, who claimed in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “don’t exist.”

Social media users are calling for Florida authorities to investigate Okhah following Jacky Oh’s death.
