Danity Kane Calls Out D. Woods and Aundrea Fimbres Over Reunion Claims!

Members of Danity Kane are publicly clashing after a festival flyer announced the group would appear at L.A. Block Party this summer.

The dispute began when former members D. Woods and Aundrea Fimbres shared a promotional image advertising Danity Kane as part of the June 20 lineup.

Shortly after, the group’s official social media accounts issued a statement saying the announcement was “false advertising” and “misleading.”

According to the post, only Woods and Fimbres are scheduled to perform at the festival. The statement added that Aubrey O’Day, Shannon Bex, and Dawn Richard “knew nothing about it” and would not be taking part.

The account also apologized to fans who believed the full group would reunite.

Woods and Fimbres responded with a statement of their own, insisting there was no deception.

“The flyer advertising Danity Kane’s performance at the LA Block Party in Los Angeles is not false advertisement,” they said. “Danity Kane will be there.”

The pair said the group has existed in different forms over the years and called the upcoming appearance “another evolution of the Danity Kane brand.”

“It will feature official Danity Kane members, D.Wood and Aundrea, performing Danity Kane songs for Danity Kane fans,” the statement continued.

They also claimed plans for a 2026 reunion with O’Day ultimately fell through.
