Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura has reportedly cooperating with federal agents who led the house raids on Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes last month.
Speaking to TMZ, and insider said the singer is just one of many witnesses cooperating with federal investigators.
After the raids made the news, Cassie was one of the first people to release an official statement.
“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law,” Cassie’s attorney Douglas Wigdor said in a statement. “Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”
Cassie and Diddy dated on and off for more than a decade when she was just 19. They split in 2018. In November 2023, she sued Diddy for sexual assault.
“After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships. With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life,” Cassie said in a statement.
Diddy denied all allegations but still settled within 24 hours. He is rumored to have made her sign a airtight NDA.
