Cardi B addressed fans concerns that her face is looking more rounded than usual.
The rapper says she’s battling with a health problem.
“Y’all know any water pills for me because as y’all can see ’cause a lot of y’all was like, ‘what the f-ck her face,'” said Cardi. “I’m retaining water all over my body. That’s why my cheeks, my lips, my thighs, my f-cking feet. Everything is, my thighs, are so f-cking swollen.”
The swelling was particularly noticeable in GloRilla’s track “Tomorrow 2.”
This has happened before to the rapper in 2019 when she had surgery and vowed never to do it again.
“I been working out for the past 2 weeks cause bitch I ain’t getting surgery again,” she tweeted at the time. “But let me tell you I haven’t got a headache ever since.”
She did not say which surgery she had done this time…or even if she has.
