Barack and Michelle Obama’s youngest daughter Sasha was spotted out last week, as she went to a 711 to pick up a few items. And fans immediately commented on the fact that Sasha appears to have put on a few pounds.
It’s hard to tell, by the photos, exactly HOW MUCH weight Sasha’s put on … but her face clearly looks rounder and fuller.
In the images, which Media Take Out examined, Sasha wore her long micro-braids loose around her shoulders, and a hoodie with baggy olive green cargo pants that covered her black sandals as she walked out of the convenience store. Even as Sasha wore a baggy yet fashionable and comfortable outfit, she donned plenty of jewelry to spruce up the look.
The recent college grad wore small earrings, as well as rings on her fingers, and her signature long nails were painted light blue.

Sasha is the daughter of 44th U.S. president Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
After her father’s presidency, Obama stayed in Washington D.C, she became captain of her school’s cheerleading team in her sophomore year. She was featured on the cover of American Cheerleader in 2018. Obama captured three more District of Columbia State Athletic Association (DCSAA) tournament titles in volleyball. Obama was voted prom queen her senior year and was presented as a debutante to high society at the International Debutante Ball at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.
In her book, Becoming, Michelle wrote that Barack was disappointed when Sasha quit basketball to concentrate on cheerleading, but he was nonetheless supportive, regularly attending her performances. She was the point flyer for the Senior Large All Girls Level 5 competitive cheerleading team Senior Elite of the Cheer Extreme Allstars from 2013-2019, winning the gold medal at the Cheerleading Worlds in 2016 and 2018.
Following graduation, Obama moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to attend University of Michigan for two years. She was a cheerleader for Michigan before Obama made it to the roster of the National Football League’s (NFL) Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders. She performed at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California for Super Bowl LVI where the Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals on February 13, 2022. Obama lives Los Angeles, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
