Andy Cohen Sounds Off as Jill Zarin Faces Public Backlash!

Andy Cohen is weighing in, lightly, on Jill Zarin’s sudden exit from E!’s The Golden Life, while also poking fun at the internet frenzy that followed.

Speaking on his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen kept things short.

“I don’t really have anything to say about it, besides call E!” he said. “If you want further comment, call E!” Still, Cohen admitted he was stunned by one moment in particular.

“I will never get over the sight of the Zarin Fabrics Instagram account,” he said, referencing a post showing Jill Zarin with a red X over her face. “I never thought I would see the day.”

The post came after Zarin shared a video criticizing Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. Zarin Fabrics, founded by her late husband Bobby Zarin, quickly distanced itself, stating Jill has not been affiliated with the company for years and that her views do not reflect its values.

“Zarin Fabrics stands firmly against racism, discrimination, and rhetoric that seeks to exclude or diminish people based on identity, culture, or background,” the company wrote.

“We want to be absolutely clear that Jill Zarin has not had ownership of or been associated with Zarin Fabrics for several years. Our company operates independently, and any public statements attributed to her are made in a personal capacity and do not reflect our values, beliefs, or operations.”

The statement continued, “Zarin Fabrics is built on creativity, collaboration, and respect for the diverse communities that shape art, culture, and expression. We condemn language or viewpoints that undermine those principles, and we remain committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment in everything we do.”

Despite the backlash, Zarin found support from Brandi Glanville, who defended her right to have an opinion. “Opinions aren’t wrong,” Glanville wrote. “They’re subjective.”
