Amber Rose is suing a members-only Beverly Hills club after a large ceiling decoration allegedly fell onto her head, knocking her unconscious and sending her to the hospital.

The model and entrepreneur claims the incident happened during a New Year’s Eve 2024 celebration at Gravitas, an exclusive dining venue frequented by celebrities and other prominent guests.

According to the lawsuit, Rose was seated inside the club when an oversized decorative sphere came loose from above and struck her. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following the impact.

Rose says she experienced headaches, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, confusion and neck pain after the accident. Medical staff diagnosed her with a significant head injury, neck soreness and additional trauma, according to the filing.

The lawsuit claims the effects did not end when Rose left the hospital. She alleges that continuing physical, emotional and mental symptoms have disrupted her everyday life and made it more difficult to function as she did before the incident.

Rose is accusing Gravitas of negligence, claiming the club failed to properly install, inspect or maintain the decorative fixture.

She is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for her injuries, medical care and other losses.
