Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has been charged with a hit-and-run and DUI a month after her September arrest.
Shannon was charged by the Orange County District Attorney with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and a second count of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level more than .08%.
According to the court documents, Shannon’s blood alcohol exceeded .20%.
“She is extremely apologetic and remorseful,” her attorney Michael Fell stated at the time. “We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”
Reports state that Shannon was “arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Sept. 17 after fleeing the scene from a collision that caused property damage,” according to the Newport Beach Police Department where she was “booked for two misdemeanors — hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. She was released on a citation.”
