Prosecutors have accused former Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd of sharing intimate footage of a woman without permission.
The reality alum, 50, is accused of distributing images of Jane Doe having sex and masturbating, the outlet reported. Prosecutors claim the material was shared in August 2025 and that the woman suffered severe emotional distress afterward, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The case includes claims that Dodd recorded the footage without the woman’s consent and later contacted her with threats involving the woman, her property, and her family. The outlet reported that Dodd is facing three misdemeanor charges, including an unrelated battery charge tied to a separate June 2025 incident.
The reality star-turned-podcast host has not posted anything on social media about the incident.
Dodd was a cast member on RHOC from 2016 until 2021. She married Rick Leventhal in October 2020 and shares a daughter, Jolie, with ex-husband Michael Dodd.
In November, a leaked voicemail to Jolie circulated online. In it, Dodd told her daughter, “You’re going to look like a fool, you dumb little girl.” She later said on TikTok that the argument followed an incident months earlier and told viewers to “consider the source and their agenda.”
