‘RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley Fights to Stop PK From Selling Their Home

Lyndon Abioye |

Dorit Kemsley is asking a judge to stop her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, from selling their family home, claiming the move could leave her and their two children without a place to live.

In court documents, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 50, accused PK, 58, of trying to “side-step trial” while allegedly failing to cover the mortgage as promised.

Dorit claims PK agreed to pay household bills after moving out in May 2024, rather than making formal support payments. She alleges he has not complied with that agreement and is now seeking $22,330 per month in spousal support and $21,086 per month in child support for her son, Jagger, 12, and daughter, Phoenix, 10.

Her attorney argued that forcing a sale before trial would “render his wife and children homeless” and said there is no immediate financial emergency requiring the property to be sold.

Dorit also accused PK of spending $756,000 over several months, including $55,000 on clothing, $75,000 on dining and $103,000 in cash withdrawals.

She is requesting $347,000 in retroactive support and $40,000 in sanctions.

PK previously accused Dorit of spending $1 million on luxury goods while filming RHOBH. She disputed that figure, saying many purchases were returned and that her wardrobe expenses were necessary to remain “camera ready.”
