Nicki Minaj performed at Rolling Loud this weekend, and she ran into a few fans as she was leaving the arena.
And many fans are saying that Nicki appeared to either be heavily intoxicated or worse … MAYBE HIGH ON SOME TYPE OF PILLS.
In the video, Nicki tries to talk with fans, but she is unable to control her face or her mouth. The beautiful female rapper slurred her words and stuttered incoherently.
Eventually her handler realized that the fan interaction was turning out to be a disaster, and quickly ushered Nicki away.
