Nick Cannon compared his relationship with Mariah Carey with former president Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.
“Imagine if, like, Trump and Putin had to live in the same house. It wasn’t even about her and I — we’ve always been good. It was more about us understanding that instead of making it about our relationship and what I want or what you want, we should just do what’s best for the children,” he told the Los Angeles Times.
In a separate interview with Hollywood Unlocked, Cannon also opened up about Jessica White having a miscarriage and some of the backlash she received online.
“I take full accountability. I want her to share her true and honest story at any time,” he said. “These women will tell their story when their time, when they’re ready to do it. I want that. I don’t want to ever speak for any of them because I know they can speak for themselves. Even in times of pain, even in times of darkness, I’m leaning on them.”
