Milagro Gramz is asking a federal court to wipe out the $75,000 judgment she owes Megan Thee Stallion, weeks after a judge rejected her claim that she could not afford to pay.
Gramz, whose legal name is Milagro Cooper, now alleges that ties involving Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez, the law firm Holland & Knight, and the judge created an undisclosed conflict, according to AllHipHop.
Megan sued Gramz in October 2024, accusing the blogger of acting as a “paid mouthpiece” for Tory Lanez, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting the rapper in 2020.
A Miami jury later found Gramz liable on three counts, including defamation and distributing a deepfake video, and awarded Megan $75,000.
In June, Gramz asked to pause payment while she appealed, saying she was self-employed, had “no steady income” and could not afford a bond. Judge Cecilia Altonaga denied the request, finding that Gramz had not shown she was likely to succeed.

Her new filing seeks to eliminate the judgment entirely. Gramz claims Holland & Knight previously represented Megan and Roc Nation, while one of its lawyers once served on a jury-pool committee appointed by Altonaga.
She cites the 1988 Supreme Court case Liljeberg v. Health Services Acquisition Corp. in support of her request.
The filing does not currently stop the collection of the $75,000. Megan’s legal team has not publicly responded.
