Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been released from solitary confinement and returned to general population after alleged misconduct at his previous prison cost him early-release credit and hundreds of days of privileges.
The music executive is now housed at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania after being transferred from New Jersey’s Fort Dix last week, union official Jose Rojas told the breaking news outlet.
Diddy’s reported disciplinary troubles included allegations of fighting and possessing unauthorized cellphones, which allegedly resulted in his placement in the Special Housing Unit.
The rapper reportedly lost 41 days of good time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges. NBC News previously reported allegations that Diddy had access to alcohol, massages, special meals and a contraband phone while incarcerated at Fort Dix.
His spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, welcomed the reported change in living arrangements.
“His safety and well-being are always important to us, but we have no specific reason to believe he is at risk,” Engelmayer told TMZ. “We hope he can continue serving his time safely and without unnecessary disruption.”
Allenwood houses about 1,000 inmates, far fewer than Fort Dix’s roughly 4,000.
Diddy is serving a 50-month sentence following his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking.
