TT Torrez is accusing Funkmaster Flex of physically assaulting her at Madison Square Garden, claiming the alleged shove followed years of harassment by her former HOT 97 colleague.
Through her representative, Roseay, Torrez alleged that Flex became physical after an argument with her husband on Tuesday, Oct. 20, inside the arena’s Delta Lounge.
“There is no justification for a man to put his hands on a woman, under any circumstances,” her statement read.
The conflict happened shortly before the New York Knicks faced the Philadelphia 76ers in their season opener. Video of the encounter quickly spread across social media, but Torrez says the footage doesn’t tell the full story.
“What the public saw was a husband defending his wife,” the statement maintained.
Torrez also used the opportunity to address her professional history with Flex, alleging she endured repeated bullying and harassment while they worked at HOT 97. She previously settled with the station, including a non-disparagement agreement. According to Torrez, Flex has continued violating that agreement.
Her representative told TMZ that Torrez filed a police report online.

Flex, meanwhile, rejected the allegation on Instagram.
“HAHAHAHAH! ASSAULTED WHEN? IM MINDING MY [BUSINESS]?” he wrote.
In another post, he accused the couple of trying to provoke him into a payout.
