Kelly Dodd’s inner circle are distancing themselves from her amid her ongoing revenge p*rn case.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member is facing a reported family fallout amid a revenge porn case and other criminal allegations, with a source telling Us Weekly that some relatives have “cut her off” unless she seeks help.

“This has been a nightmare for her mother [Bobbi Meza],” the source told the outlet.

According to the insider, Kelly’s extended family does not want to engage with her unless she agrees to an intervention or gets professional support. Bobbi, 77, is recovering from a recent stroke, and the source claimed relatives believe stress played a role in her health scare. Kelly reportedly attended her niece’s wedding a few weeks ago as an attempt to reunite the family while her mother recovers but the source also claimed that relatives are worried she is not treating her legal issues seriously.

“[Kelly] self-sabotages,” the insider said.

Her legal troubles include a California revenge p*rn case, and according to court records, prosecutors accused Kelly of “unlawfully and intentionally” sharing explicit images of a Jane Doe without consent. The court filing alleged that Kelly distributed footage of a woman having sex and masturb*ting on or around Aug. 29, 2025.

“[Dodd] knew and should have known that distribution of the image will cause serious emotional distress and Jane Doe #2 suffered that distress,” prosecutors wrote.

Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, responded to the allegations on their podcast Thursday, May 28, where Rick said reports about the case “got most of the facts wrong, like, completely wrong.” Kelly said, “I need some uplifting right now, because this is so insane, and I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out, driving this. And you know who it is.”

In a separate matter, Kelly faces three misdemeanor charges for battery, disorderly conduct and harassing and annoying communication related to an alleged June 2025 incident.
