Brooklyn rapper Sleepy Hallow has been released from prison after serving about eight months of a one-year sentence in a New York gang conspiracy case.
The drill artist, born Tegan Chambers, shared the news on Thursday via Instagram, posting photos of himself back outside, standing near luxury cars and music plaques.
“I’m back, now go pick a side n’ stay there,” he wrote.
The rapper’s return follows his October 2025 guilty plea to fourth-degree conspiracy, where he was sentenced to one year in prison after prosecutors said the plea resolved his role in a larger case involving alleged Brooklyn gang activity.
The case began publicly in May 2023, when New York prosecutors unsealed a 140-count indictment naming 32 defendants. Authorities accused members and associates of a Brooklyn street gang of participating in criminal activity, with charges across the case including conspiracy and violent offenses.
The case also involved Sheff G, born Michael Williams, another major Brooklyn drill artist. Sheff G pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted murder and second- and fourth-degree conspiracy charges and received a five-year prison sentence in October 2025.
