Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman are back in court just days after finalizing their divorce, with each accusing the other of leaking details from their settlement.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Ralph ended their nearly three-year divorce fight this week, but the peace did not last long. According to TMZ, Ralph filed new court documents claiming Drew violated a gag order by sharing private information from their divorce judgment.
The judgment reportedly included financial details, including Drew’s RHOA earnings, and an order requiring her to pay Ralph child support after the court determined she earned more than she had previously disclosed. Ralph blamed Drew for leaking the information after a media outlet contacted him about the judgment. Drew quickly fired back with a filing of her own, accusing Ralph of being the one who spoke to tabloids.
In her motion, Drew accused Ralph of “brazen and willful” contempt and claimed he went to the press “in a deliberate effort to continue to harm and hurt [her].”
Drew is asking the court to hold Ralph in contempt, and Ralph is asking for the same against Drew, and both want a judge to consider sanctions.
