DJ Akademiks got into a screaming match with Sneako after being ridiculed as Drake’s “groupie” on livestream.
The heated exchange took place during a Discord conversation with fellow streamers Adin Ross and Cuffem. Sneako repeatedly mocked Akademiks for celebrating his invitation to Drake’s 40th birthday party, where he received an OVO chain.
“All you got was a little necklace,” Sneako said, asking why Akademiks hadn’t secured a livestream collaboration with the superstar. “Your whole life is worshiping Drake and you don’t even get a stream.”
Akademiks then clapped back, demanding that Sneako stop talking about him.
“Keep my name out your mouth,” he shouted.
Akademiks also made derogatory comments about Muslims and Palestinians while bringing up Sneako’s sexual past. According to Akademiks, Islam is a “battyman religion”. Sneako retaliated with unverified allegations concerning Akademiks’ treatment of women and interactions with a minor.
The confrontation escalated when Sneako offered to face Akademiks in a boxing match without pay.
“I would do it for free,” Sneako declared.
Akademiks rejected the challenge, saying he would box a rapper rather than Sneako, whom he slammed as an “irrelevant Muslim.”
