Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular is facing a lawsuit over allegations that his $53,000-a-month California rental mansion was left in chaos after parties involving fights, vomit, “fart spray” and even a horse.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, The Maimon Group is suing the influencer over alleged damage to a six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Encino.

Clavicular reportedly signed the lease in September 2026 and used the 8,611-square-foot property for his October Camp Looksmax event.

The landlord alleges that Clavicular violated the rental agreement by hosting loud gatherings, exceeding the six-person guest limit and attracting police attention. One particularly chaotic party allegedly took place on Oct. 11, when guests fought on the staircase and outside the property.

The complaint also claims partygoers threw people into the swimming pool, splashed water throughout the house, and sprayed silly string and “fart spray” indoors. Guests allegedly vomited and spilled drinks around the property. The landlord even claims that Clavicular brought a horse onto the premises without written permission.

“Clavicular has not been served with this lawsuit. He paid all his bills upfront for Camp Looksmax,” the streamer’s spokesperson told TMZ in response.”He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit,” the representative added. “Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false.”
