Andrew Tate’s Lawyer Issues Desperate Plea After Influencer Allegedly Denied Medical Treatment in Jail!

Andrew Tate is allegedly seriously ill inside a Miami federal detention center, with his attorney claiming the controversial influencer has repeatedly requested medical attention but has received no treatment.

“Andrew is very sick,” attorney Joe McBride wrote in a post on X.

“He asked for medical treatment multiple times,” McBride continued, threatening legal action against the Federal Detention Center in Miami if his client’s condition is not addressed. “Medical care is a fundamental human right. If Andrew does not get treatment soon, we will sue FDC Miami into oblivion. Pray for him.”

Tate, 39, has been detained alongside his younger brother Tristan, 38, since their July 18 arrests in connection with a British extradition request.

The brothers face nearly 60 criminal charges combined in the United Kingdom, including allegations of rape, human trafficking and sexual assault. Both have denied wrongdoing. Their attorney previously raised concerns about their access to food, claiming in August that Andrew had lost eight pounds while Tristan had dropped 13.

“We have had 14 snack items in the past 32 days between two big men,” Tristan reportedly wrote in a note McBride shared. “I’ve lost 13 pounds and I’m hungry.”

The brothers are being held in the facility’s special housing unit while fighting extradition. Tate also faces separate criminal allegations in Romania.
