Boosie Badazz’s 18-year-old son, Ivy Ray Hatch, was arrested in Louisiana on multiple felony charges after authorities said he and a juvenile allegedly attacked and robbed someone.
Hatch, whose father is the Baton Rouge rapper born Torrence Hatch, was taken into custody Thursday in Livingston Parish following a reported robbery.
According to deputies, a victim told investigators that Hatch and a juvenile were responsible for the alleged assault and robbery. The teen, who is from Denham Springs, faces several charges, including armed robbery, aggravated second-degree battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm with drugs.
Despite the seriousness of the allegations, Hatch was released from the Livingston Parish jail the same night he was arrested after posting a $275,500 bond.
Authorities confirmed that the juvenile allegedly involved in the incident was also arrested and transported to the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center. Two additional suspects, identified as Antonio Cooley, 19, and Calei Ely, 18, were arrested in connection with the same robbery investigation, according to the cops.
Investigators have not publicly detailed the circumstances surrounding the alleged attack or disclosed the extent of the reported victim’s injuries.
