Vanderpump Rules star Ally Lewber have revealed that she has split from her DJ boyfriend, James Kennedy, a month after he was arrested for domestic violence.
“Thank you for all your support and kindness,” she wrote in a post shared to her Instagram Stories. “I am happy that prosecutors decided not to file against James as I never desired criminal charges. We had an argument outside of his home related to him drinking again, however, I was not physically hurt.”
The news comes after Burbank City Attorney’s Office announced they would not be filing charges against him.
Kennedy was arrested after Burbank police officers received a call about an argument. A verbal altercation between the former couple turned physical after Kennedy grabbed her.
Ally issued a statement at the time, thanking her followers for their support. She moved out of their joint home shortly after.
Bravo recently announced that the show would have a fresh new cast for the next season, so neither will be returning to the show.
