Tyga faces a $135,000 lawsuit after a Beijing management company accused him of accepting payment for two nightclub appearances and then failing to show up for either.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Beijing Tongxing Wanxin Catering Management is suing the “Rack City” rapper for fraud and breach of contract over performances scheduled at Club Pac Star on Aug. 4 and Oct. 27, 2023.

The company claims Tyga promised to reschedule for early 2024 but never followed through. Although the parties reportedly reached a settlement, the company alleges it received just $10,000 of the $145,000 owed. It now wants the remaining $135,000, plus interest and punitive damages.

Tyga has faced a slew of legal battles over the years.

In 2018, the rapper faced another lawsuit after concert promoter Heavy Rotation accused him of accepting $141,000 for three performances in the United Arab Emirates that never happened. The dispute was settled and dismissed the following year.

In 2023, Choice Motors Credit sued Tyga for $1.3 million over alleged missed payments involving a Lamborghini and Bentley.

Years earlier, a court ordered him to pay about $480,000 in a dispute over unpaid rent and damage to a Malibu mansion.
