Duane “Keffe D” Davis racked up a long list of alleged jail violations before he was convicted in Tupac Shakur’s murder case.
Records obtained by TMZ detail several incidents involving Davis at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, where he had been held since his September 2023 arrest.
One of the most serious incidents allegedly happened in December 2025, when Keffe D got into a fight with another inmate after returning from a visit. The two men reportedly exchanged punches before an officer used pepper spray to break up the brawl.
Keffe D also allegedly clashed with corrections officers on multiple occasions.
During a March 2024 dispute over “free time,” he allegedly told one officer, “Who do you think you are talking to? I have been doing this s–t since before you were born.”

Records say he later threatened to punch the officer in the face and was taken to disciplinary housing.
Another confrontation allegedly broke out when officers tried to remove a second unauthorized mattress from Keffe D’s cell. The incident reportedly ended with him in handcuffs and an officer suffering a scratched knuckle.
Keffe D was convicted last month in Tupac’s 1996 killing. Prosecutors alleged that he supplied the gun used in the Las Vegas drive-by shooting.
His sentencing is scheduled for October 13. He still maintains his innocence.
